About the Program
Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on hitting targets and earning commission? Match Retail is partnering with SodaStream, a globally recognized brand committed to reducing single-use plastics and promoting a vibrant, active lifestyle.
As a Sales Brand Ambassador, you’ll take the lead in-store, engaging customers, showcasing products, and driving sales results. If you love the thrill of closing deals and performing in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do
- Attend paid training to set yourself up for success (May 6)
- Work Thursday to Sunday during peak store traffic periods
- Transport and set up booth, banners, and product displays
- Pre-call stores to confirm scheduling and maximize opportunities
- Deliver engaging product demos—40–50 samples per hour
- Drive customer interest and sales through dynamic, persuasive interactions
- Represent SodaStream’s mission and products with enthusiasm
- Track your results and submit daily reports for each shift

- Comfortable engaging customers face-to-face in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Able to lift 60+ lbs and transport booth materials to assigned stores
- Flexible availability Thursday through Sunday
- Access to a car and smartphone for real-time reporting
- Passionate about closing sales and exceeding goals

Interview Process
Our recruitment process is structured and transparent, with candidates assessed consistently against role-related criteria.

Step 2: Shortlisted candidates participate in a phone or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager.
Step 3: Selected candidates attend an in-person or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant team members.
