Registered Dietitian
Fort Eerie, ON
Position: Consulting Registered Dietitian
Start Date: July 1st, 2026
Hours: 20 hours per week (80 hours per month)
Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and document residents’ nutritional and hydration status. Develop, evaluate, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans for residents. Provide counselling and education to residents, and monitor high risk residents. Review and approve menus, including therapeutic and texture-modified diets and seasonal menus. Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Deliver in-service education to staff.
Qualifications Registered Dietitian eligible for membership with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. Experience in a long-term care setting is an asset. Knowledge of interRAI and PointClickCare is preferred. Must hold professional liability insurance. Must have at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Must have a TB test and Vulnerable Sector Check issued within the past six months.
