Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing suite and common area utility bills for payment in our Boardwalk proprietary system
- Assist with service provider inquiries, hook-ups and disconnects
- Assist with utility account reviews and reconciliations
- Assist with other duties as required
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Experience in real estate property management or utilities billing and payables preferred
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency with Office 365 (particularly with Excel)
- Comfortable working in a computer environment
Non-Technical Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills are key
- Ability to work independently and with other Associates in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to new and changing environments
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and good team working skills
- Takes initiatives to help in other function areas
- Dedicated to building better communities for all our Customers and surrounding communities
