As a Member Concierge – Team Lead you will guide the front-of-house experience and lead a team committed to excellence. This role is pivotal. You are not only the first impression of AVANT, but the standard-bearer, ensuring each member interaction reflects the sophistication and intention that define who we are.

What You’ll Do**:**
- Be the Standard
- Greet, engage, and support members with presence, professionalism, and poise
- Lead the Concierge team in delivering thoughtful, seamless service at every touchpoint
- Ensure daily operations run with efficiency, elegance, and consistency
- Curate the Experience
- Anticipate member needs and offer personalized, proactive solutions
- Guide members through our signature services and recovery offerings with fluency and care
- Respond to feedback with professionalism, always seeking to elevate the experience
- Own the Details
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to uphold our space’s refined standards
- Ensure the front-of-house is organized, efficient, and aligned with our brand promise
- Oversee smoothie and coffee service, ensuring every beverage is crafted with precision
- Foster Loyalty
- Cultivate relationships that deepen member engagement and long-term commitment
- Handle inquiries and challenges with calm, empathy, and intention
- Turn every interaction into an opportunity to build trust
- Lead with Purpose
- Coordinate and guide daily team flow to ensure a seamless member experience
- Support the implementation of new initiatives and processes with clarity
- Coach and assist Concierge team members in delivering consistent, high-touch service
