The Opportunity:

As our Senior PPC Specialist, you’ll take the lead on campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You’ll ensure client goals are not only met but exceeded, while bringing forward fresh ideas to keep our work at the leading edge of digital performance marketing. If you also have experience with enterprise tools like the whole suite of the Google Marketing Platform, you’ll be a step ahead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and execute integrated performance media strategies aligned to client objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid strategies, and data-driven insights.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Create and deliver client-friendly performance reports and present insights in a compelling way.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and invoicing with accuracy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ad platform updates, and emerging technologies.
Key Qualifications:

5–8 years of hands-on campaign management experience in PPC and paid media channels.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, with proven experience across Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Solid understanding of digital media best practices including campaign structure, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
-
Familiarity with the Google Marketing Platform and all tools within that ecosystem.
-
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
-
Experience using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, Supermetrics, and SEMrush.
-
Active certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics/GA4.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for clients.

Agency experience preferred.
Bonus Points For:

Experience running B2B, B2C, and eCommerce campaigns.

Familiarity with YouTube Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon DSP and other programmatic tools

Have working knowledge of SEO and AEO, to support with holistic strategies across multi-dsiplined teams

Knowledge of conversion tracking setups (Google Tag Manager, GA4 event tracking, pixels).

You naturally follow industry thought leaders and keep up with trends via Think with Google, Search Engine Land, and Moz.
