Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression.

  • Assist guests with the coat check process, ensuring efficiency and care.

  • Hang, organize, and retrieve coats and personal items using the numerical order system.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional coat check area at all times.

  • Handle lost or misplaced items accurately and discreetly, completing all required documentation.

  • Communicate effectively with guests, management, and team members to support smooth operations.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the guest experience and overall team success.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional demeanor.

  • Excellent verbal communication abilities, with confidence in handling guest inquiries or concerns.

  • Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution while maintaining composure under pressure.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage changing priorities and a variable workload.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and presentation.

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift or hang coats repeatedly throughout a shift.
