Notre division de Lévis est à la recherche d’un(e) Contremaître en nettoyage industriel pour rejoindre son équipe! Nous recherchons des candidats qualifiés, responsable et fiable pour apporter un soutien à notre organisation.
Tâches :
- Planifier et coordonner les activités quotidiennes des équipes de nettoyage.
- Superviser le travail sur le terrain et vérifier la qualité des interventions.
- Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et des protocoles environnementaux.
- S’assurer que les employés portent l’équipement de protection individuelle (EPI).
- Effectuer des inspections régulières des lieux de travail et signaler les risques.
- Répondre aux appels d’urgence selon le calendrier de garde.
- Déployer rapidement les équipes pour des interventions critiques.
- Documenter les interventions d’urgence et proposer des améliorations pour éviter les incidents futurs.
- Servir de lien entre les équipes sur le terrain et la direction.
- Communiquer avec les clients internes ou externes pour répondre à leurs besoins.
- Participer aux réunions de planification et aux briefings de sécurité.
Exigences :

Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en supervision de personnel dans l’industrie.

Connaissances informatiques de base.

Capacité à travailler en équipe.
