Position Summary Imprint Plus is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Administrator to serve as the primary internal technology resource for the organization. Responsible for supporting the company's core business systems, Microsoft 365 environment, end-user technology, and day-to-day IT operations. The successful candidate will help ensure business systems remain secure, reliable, and effective. This is a hands-on role focused on systems administration, operational support, troubleshooting, user enablement, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement. The position is an individual contributor role and does not include people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Business Systems Administration Support, maintain, and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, and system configurations. Coordinate system testing, upgrades, releases, and integrations. Troubleshoot business system issues and work with external partners to resolve them. Assist with reporting, business workflows, and process documentation. Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. Technology Operations Serve as the primary internal resource and escalation point for day-to-day technology support. Administer Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Teams, shared mailboxes, user accounts, licensing, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Install, configure, and support business software and end-user technology. Support printing, scanning, warehouse technology, and other operational systems. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors when required. User Onboarding & Offboarding Provision user accounts, licenses, devices, and business system access for new employees. Configure access to Business Central, CRM, Microsoft 365, and other business applications. Complete employee offboarding, including account deactivation and equipment recovery. Maintain security group memberships and perform periodic access reviews. Infrastructure & MSP Coordination Coordinate day-to-day infrastructure support with the Managed Service Provider (MSP). Monitor the health and reliability of business technology. Coordinate server, network, backup, and hardware support activities. Track infrastructure issues through resolution. Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities. Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate vendors and partners. Vendor & Partner Coordination Act as the primary internal contact for technology vendors and external consultants. Coordinate support requests, upgrades, implementations, and issue resolution. Manage vendor relationships and monitor service performance. Assist with software renewals, hardware procurement, and technology purchases. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve business systems and technology processes. Recommend practical solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Support automation initiatives using available Microsoft technologies. Help departments maximize the use of business systems and technology. Documentation & Governance Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. Keep technology asset inventories and software licensing records up to date. Maintain vendor documentation, contracts, and support contacts. Document system configurations, access permissions, and disaster recovery procedures.
Required Experience & Qualifications 4 to 8 years of experience in systems administration, business systems support, or IT operations. Experience supporting ERP specifically Business Central, and Dynamics CRM Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 environments. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and user identity management. Experience managing user accounts, permissions, licensing, and device deployment. Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. Experience working directly with business users across multiple departments. Experience coordinating with external vendors, consultants, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Dynamics CRM. Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI and Power Automate). Microsoft Defender, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure. Manufacturing or distribution industry experience. Exposure to networking, servers, backup solutions, and cybersecurity best practices. Microsoft certifications or equivalent practical experience.
