Part-Time Receptionist - Evenings & Saturdays

Subaru Windsor is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team during evenings (Monday to Thursday 3:00pm - 7:00pm) and Saturdays (9:00am - 4:00pm) at our fast-paced, customer-first dealership.

As the front-line ambassador, the Receptionist ensures every guest receives a warm welcome and that daily administrative functions run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, reliable, and thrives in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Pay Range:

• $17.60 - $19.00 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
• Schedule appointments and maintain front desk organization
• Support general administrative tasks including filing and handling correspondence
• Coordinate basic office communications and assist with dealership events
