Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath and complementary platforms, driving process optimization and operational excellence across banking and financial services operations. This role demands a technically strong, self-directed professional who can engage with business stakeholders, lead development teams, and deliver end-to-end automation at scale.
Required Qualifications
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer (required)
Technical Experience
8+ years of software development experience; 5+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development
Deep proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, and Insights
Strong programming skills in C# and Python; experience with .NET and API development/integration
Proven experience automating Citrix-based, Mainframe, web, and Windows applications
Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and cloud flows
Expertise in CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Git; experience setting up pipelines with build triggers, approval gates, and environment-specific deployments
Proficient in GitHub/Git source control from a developer perspective: branching strategies (GitFlow/trunk-based), feature branch creation, check-in/check-out, pull requests, merge conflict resolution, tagging, and release branch management
Experience enforcing repository governance: branch protection rules, PR review policies, commit message standards, and .gitignore management for RPA project structures
Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools JIRA for sprint tracking and backlog management, ServiceNow for ITSM change and incident management
Familiarity with credential management, PII data encryption/decryption, and secure automation practices
Demonstrated experience managing post-deployment HyperCare periods including incident triage, monitoring, and support handoff to BAU teams
Domain Experience
Significant experience in banking, financial services, or insurance automation environments
Demonstrated delivery of AML, fraud detection, regulatory compliance, or dispute resolution automation
Experience with high-volume, time-sensitive automation deployments in enterprise settings
