We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator / Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse while also assisting with order picking, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties. This position is not solely forklift operation and requires a hands-on approach to supporting daily warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
• Assist with receiving and organizing incoming materials and inventory
• Load and unload trucks as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily operational goals

What You’ll Bring

• Previous forklift experience and valid forklift certification preferred
• Experience with order picking and warehouse operations is an asset
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
