The Senior Manager, Web Content Services plays a critical role in leading Q4’s global web content operations team responsible for high-volume, time-sensitive updates on the Q4 platform. This leader will ensure operational excellence, SLA adherence, and seamless delivery during high-demand periods. The role also focuses on scaling operations through process optimization, automation, and leadership development.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced, SLA-bound environments and is passionate about developing high-performing teams while driving innovation in content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a 50+ person global content operations team, ensuring balanced workloads and seamless shift coverage across multiple time zones.
  • Oversee SLA-driven intake, triage, and publishing of time-sensitive content with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Anticipate and manage seasonal surges tied to earnings cycles and regulatory deadlines.
  • Implement QA processes, documentation standards, and governance to maintain consistent quality.
  • Drive operational efficiencies through automation, tooling, and continuous process improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team leads and managers, building a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional client experiences.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including SLA compliance, turnaround times, and error rates.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven leadership experience managing large, geographically distributed teams in SLA bound environments.
  • Expertise in content management systems, publishing workflows, and QA methodologies.
  • Experience leveraging automation and AI to improve operational performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Skilled at building high-performing, motivated teams and developing future leaders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in digital production, web operations, or content services, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of operational KPIs and workforce planning.

Working Conditions:

This position may require occasional non-business hours to support critical deadlines and high-demand periods. A hybrid work model is preferred, with Toronto-based candidates working in-office 1–2 days per week.
