Manager, Analytics – Performance Transformation
We are seeking an experienced and strategic analytics leader to join our Analytics Centre of Excellence (COE) team within the Technology, Innovation, and Data (TID) department and play a critical role in advancing our enterprise performance transformation (EPT) efforts. In this high-impact position, you will lead the development and execution of data products that support strategic priorities across Finance, Commercial, and Operations. You will serve as a key strategic partner to senior business leaders, aligning analytics solutions with enterprise objectives and enabling smarter performance management and data-informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, business-focused, and experienced in turning data into actionable insights within complex environments.
This role is based in the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Director, Analytics Centre of Excellence. This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a data roadmap to support enterprise performance transformation in partnership with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and TID teams.
- Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives that promote a data-driven culture and accelerate decision-making.
- Act as the data product owner by designing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools that track strategic KPIs and support executive decision-making.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Data Governance, Engineering, BI, and domain experts to deliver scalable, accurate, and user-centric analytics solutions.
- Serve as a data steward for financial performance data—ensuring consistent definitions, high data quality, and responsible data use.
- Manage analytics requirements and backlog in Jira and Monday.com, ensuring alignment with governance and project standards.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of analytical experience in the areas of analytics and product development with a history of delivering high value outcomes.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python, and modern analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to build positive relationships and communicate complex concepts across the organization.
- Practical knowledge of the product-development lifecycle and experience driving a collaborative, hypothesis-driven analytics culture.
- Strong process management and development skills with ability to determine and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Deep expertise in financial planning, reporting, and performance measurement, with a proven track record of implementing analytical solutions that drive value for finance teams.
- Experience with Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools in an Agile environment.
- Passion for turning data into impact, with a mindset rooted in curiosity, adaptability, and excellence.
