Vice President of Financial Sales – Investment Management Location: Onsite - Vancouver, WA Metro area Compensation: $160K–$700K+ Total Earnings Potential | Base + Uncapped Commission
Our client, a large, growing investment management firm serving individual investors across the country, is hiring a Vice President of Financial Sales.
Why this role? Leads are provided. No cold prospecting, no book management - just close, and close often Join a high-energy, collaborative sales floor backed by national brand marketing Uncapped earnings from year three, with a clear runway to Regional VP in 2-4 years Hands-on coaching and mentorship built into the role from day one Open, no-cubicle, collaborative office culture
What you bring: A proven track record of success in a competitive, quota-driven sales environment Comfort with a high-volume, activity-driven sales cycle Resilience and money-motivation. You perform through the slow stretches, not just the hot streaks Series 65 or 66 license (or willingness to obtain by first day of work)
What we offer: $100,000 base salary in year one; $75,000 in year two; uncapped commission from year three $160K - $250K realistic year-one earnings; $225K - $400K year two; $300K - $700K year three A clear, defined path to Regional Vice President Comprehensive benefits package
