About the role
We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Technical Writing Intern to help translate complex software features into clear, accessible documentation. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to document both existing and upcoming functionality for our digital platforms. If you enjoy breaking down technical concepts, writing with clarity, and learning how software products evolve from idea to release, this internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-moving development environment.
You Will:
- Work with software development team to describe features and functionality in digital documentation
- Write and maintain documentation on existing and upcoming features
- Participate in project planning and design meetings
- Work closely with non-software departments to ensure clarity and accuracy of documentation
You Have:
- Experience in technical writing, or technical roles
- Knowledge of SaaS or browser-based applications
- Ability to speak to non-technical people about technical topics
- Skills in writing and publication layout
- Experience working with digital publication platforms (ex.Sharepoint, Loop, markup wikis)
