The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.
Cedar Valley Dental Centre is a modern and well-established clinic in Nanaimo with nearly 30 years of experience serving the community. SCHEDULE:
- 32-40 hours per week
- Monday-Thursday with occasional Friday
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 1 year of experience is ideal as a Dental Receptionist
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
