Job Description Summary
The Lead Ambassador is a vital member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team, embedded within the broader Facilities Management function. This role is dedicated to fostering a workplace where employees feel productive, engaged, and well-supported - empowering them to thrive in a dynamic environment.
The Lead Ambassador assists with the day-to-day operations of a designated building or group of buildings, ensuring consistent space readiness and a frictionless employee experience. Acting as the “eyes and ears” of the workplace, this individual proactively identifies and resolves issues before they impact users.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a hospitality-driven mindset, a contagiously positive attitude, and exceptional communication skills.
Job Description
Essential functions and responsibilities
- Ensure consistent space readiness across all workspaces, conference rooms, and offices, with focused support for heavily trafficked areas to enable seamless cross-functional operations.
- Coordinate with building operations teams, including janitorial, engineering, life-safety, and general maintenance services.
- Serve as the “eyes and ears” of the workplace by proactively identifying and reporting repairs, maintenance needs, and missing or broken furniture before employee impact.
- Provide high-touch support to employees, stakeholders, and VIPs, including tools, information, wayfinding, and workplace guidance.
- Deliver “White Glove” service for executive visits, including greeting, escorting, and prompt follow-up on requests.
- Coordinate large meetings and events, including AV setup, furniture arrangement, and onsite logistics.
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all associates and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Coordinate vendors, staffing, and budgetary needs to support both current operations and future workplace initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and standards.
- Manage inventory and procurement of supplies, coordinate inbound deliveries and vendor logistics, and oversee building access systems.
- Support technology teams with AV inspections and desktop equipment coordination.
- Identify service gaps and collaborate with the Facilities Manager to implement innovative process improvements.
- Review and track voice of the employee data (quantitative and qualitative) to capture service needs and share trends with leadership.

Important experience and education
- College Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience or related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, retail, customer service in a brick-and-mortar environment
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
