Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with .NET Framework, including debugging, troubleshooting, and application support
- Strong proficiency with Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, Application Insights, and Azure DevOps
- Experience using Swagger and PostMan for API testing
- Knowledge of system analysis and end-to-end troubleshooting of web and mobile applications
- Solid understanding of modern web and API architectures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Jenkins and Octopus Deploy for CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with React, .NET MAUI, and UWP development frameworks
- Knowledge of SharePoint solutions for business initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A 4-year degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a 2-year diploma in Computer Engineering or System Technology
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in web application operations and production support
Other Requirements:
- This role is hybrid in Edmonton; remote options may be considered if all candidates meet the key requirements
- Ability to manage and troubleshoot Azure SQL queries and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
