Electrical Department Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Driver to support our Electrical Department. This position plays an important role in ensuring materials, tools, equipment, and parts are delivered to job sites and team members efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, customer-service oriented, and comfortable driving throughout the GTA and working in a fast-paced construction/service environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical materials, tools, and equipment to various job sites and supplier locations

• Pick up and transport parts, materials, and returns as required

• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently

• Communicate delivery status with the team

• Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles

• Support warehouse and shop organization when not completing deliveries

• Follow all Company safety procedures and Ministry of Transportation regulations

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract

• Experience driving cargo vans, pickup trucks, or commercial vehicles preferred

• Strong knowledge of GTA roads and routes

• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in the electrical or construction industry is an asset, but not required
