The Business Development Associate (BDA) plays a key role in driving growth for Convertros’ U.S. clients by handling inbound leads, building relationships, and converting interest into action.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to grow within a high-performance, remote sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments.
- Manage daily performance metrics with full accountability for results.
- Collaborate with leaders for ongoing feedback and real-time coaching.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven sales culture focused on growth.
- Work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) between 12 PM and 12 AM EST . with availability to work on Saturdays .
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable with structure, targets, and measurable outcomes.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- No prior sales experience required — training provided.

- 100% remote — work from anywhere.

Compensation
Performance-based pay with weekly commissions and bonuses.
