The Opportunity: Dulcedo Group is looking for a Senior Talent & Culture Advisor who’s passionate about employee relations, manager coaching, and company culture. In this highly 360° role, you’ll work closely with Partners and Managers, where your HR expertise, day-to-day support, and strategic perspective will be essential in helping them navigate business priorities - while also contributing directly to Talent & Culture operations across the entire Group!
In short: you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing several core HR areas, including employee relations, manager coaching, T&C operations, onboarding and offboarding, sensitive situations and crisis management, benefits administration, and the overall efficiency of the Group’s T&C function. This position requires versatility, adaptability, and a genuine passion for people, along with strong HR knowledge to effectively support our team of 100+ employees across North America, within 2 fast-growing companies!
Scope of Work
- Act as a strategic Talent & Culture partner to Associates and Managers, aligning HR practices with business priorities.
- Provide hands-on manager coaching: leadership, team management, performance, difficult feedback, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
- Deliver fast, clear, compliant recommendations on employment law matters (QC/Canada/US) with a solutions-first mindset.
- Lead end-to-end disciplinary management: guidance, documentation, warnings, performance improvement plans, and follow-up.
- Drive key HR cycles: performance reviews, salary reviews, calibrations, and manager support throughout.
- Support change management in a constantly evolving environment (restructures, team shifts, role clarification).
- Ensure cross-group operational T&C support: daily requests, employee cases, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Lead ad hoc employee meetings: listening, diagnosis, action planning, and escalation when needed.
- Support onboarding/offboarding and the management of sensitive situations/crises with rigor and sound judgment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through research, tools, playbooks, policies, and process optimization.
Your Profile
- 7+ years of experience in HR / Talent & Culture, with strong expertise in employee relations and advisory work.
- Strong consultative presence: able to challenge, recommend, influence, and guide decisions with tact and confidence.
- Excellent command of employment law (able to give quick, clear, compliant, actionable guidance).
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with shifting priorities.
- Builder mindset: enjoys creating structure, implementing processes, optimizing, and improving continuously.
- Flexible, patient, and resilient- calm under pressure and comfortable navigating ambiguity and sensitive cases.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a human, confidential, and solutions-oriented approach
- Bilingual (French/English) required to support employees outside Quebec and across North America.
- Highly organized / Type A profile: rigorous follow-up, strong documentation, exceptional attention to detail.
