About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound B2B Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will prospect new clients, generate leads, and work closely with internal teams to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cold-call potential clients to identify business opportunities.
- Set appointments and follow up with prospective clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure consistent service.
- Log, track, and schedule client interactions using the CRM system.
- Communicate client needs and feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and Manager to achieve targets.
- Manage multiple client accounts concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions.
- Provide support via email, phone, or online presentations as needed. Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients (as directed).
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in lead generation or outbound prospecting (preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage clients professionally.

Results-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets.

Comfortable making cold calls and managing a high volume of client interactions.

Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Ability to adapt to fast-paced, target-driven environments and embrace ongoing learning.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Hourly wage of $22.50 plus quarterly bonuses based on Voice and Data Activations.

We currently have 46 stores/kiosks spread across Quebec and Ontario. We also serve a corporate clientele from Montreal and Ontario, we have two corporate poles.
