This opportunity is for an exceptional relationship builder and growth professional who will own and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across Canada. You will be responsible for driving long-term customer success by building executive relationships, identifying business opportunities, and creating customer champions who advocate for Altudo. You are someone who believes that great account management is about trust before transactions. You enjoy networking, influencing stakeholders, uncovering new opportunities, and turning satisfied customers into long-term strategic partners. You will own a portfolio of 125+ enterprise accounts and be responsible for driving 10X account growth through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, referrals, and executive engagement.

The individual will identify business opportunities to cross-sell different SaaS products & service offerings in our top enterprise accounts to generate revenue and increase our market share. You will get an opportunity to work with over 125+ enterprise customers in NAMER region.

This position requires a person who has the ability to recognize opportunities, along with sales experience to successfully negotiate and close deals.

What You Will Do

Own a portfolio of 125+ strategic enterprise accounts across Canada with accountability for retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction. Develop deep executive relationships and become a trusted advisor to key decision-makers and influencers. Identify whitespace opportunities and consistently drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across Altudo's AI, Digital Experience, MarTech, and SaaS portfolio. Create and execute strategic account plans with measurable growth targets and quarterly business reviews. Build customer champions who actively promote Altudo internally and generate referrals and new business opportunities. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Alliances, and Practice teams to maximize customer outcomes. Monitor account health, adoption, renewals, pipeline, and forecasting while ensuring world-class customer engagement.

Who You Are

5–8 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, Strategic Sales, or SaaS Account Management. Demonstrated success in growing large enterprise accounts through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling. Naturally curious, commercially driven, and exceptional at building authentic long-term relationships. Strong executive presence with experience engaging CXOs and senior business leaders. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and competing priorities.
