Shine is hiring a full-time Window Cleaner/General Labourer for residential exterior cleaning services.
This is a physically demanding, outdoor labour position with uncapped performance-based pay. Top performers earn $30-$40+ per hour through hourly wages, tips, and weekly performance bonuses.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who want consistent full-time hours and growth opportunities.
Job Duties
- Residential and commercial window cleaning
- Exterior cleaning and property maintenance
- Pressure washing
- Deck staining and deck painting
- Ladder work (above one storey)
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Using hand tools and power tools
- Providing professional customer service
Requirements
- Comfortable working at heights
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Full-time availability
- Construction, landscaping, general labour, or maintenance experience is an asset
- No experience required – paid training provided
