You will join a high-performing marketing organization responsible for shaping end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels in a fast-scaling financial technology environment. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that connect brand, product, and growth strategies into cohesive consumer journeys. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring that every campaign delivers a consistent, compelling, and measurable experience from first touch to conversion. Working closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, brand, creative, and data, you will translate business priorities into impactful go-to-market initiatives. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with accountability for campaign quality, performance, and optimization. This is a highly visible position where your work directly influences customer acquisition and brand perception at scale. \n
Accountabilities: Lead the end-to-end design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels Define and map full consumer journeys, ensuring cohesive experiences from awareness through conversion Translate product positioning and customer insights into clear, compelling creative briefs and campaign direction Own campaign strategy including channel mix, media planning, targeting, and investment allocation across platforms Act as the key quality gate between strategy and execution, ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery Partner with data and analytics teams to define measurement frameworks and evaluate campaign performance against business objectives Analyze results and generate actionable insights to improve future campaign effectiveness and scalability Collaborate with product marketing, brand, growth, and channel teams to align messaging and execution across all touchpoints Continuously optimize integrated marketing approaches based on performance data and market insights Requirements: 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or growth/brand marketing roles Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy to execution Strong expertise in consumer journey design and customer experience-driven marketing Excellent ability to translate product positioning and insights into creative and strategic briefs Strong channel expertise across digital and traditional media, including social, TV, OOH, and performance marketing Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, creative, growth, and analytics Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities Analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate and optimize campaign performance Experience in fintech or technology-driven consumer businesses is considered a strong asset Benefits: Competitive compensation package aligned with senior leadership roles Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance coverage Retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions Generous time off including vacation days, wellness days, and mental health days Flexible remote work with ability to work internationally for a defined period each year Strong focus on professional development and career growth opportunities Inclusive and diverse workplace culture with active employee resource groups Opportunity to work on high-impact campaigns shaping national-scale financial products Collaborative environment with highly skilled and innovative teams
