Assistant Project Manager, Compliance
About the role
Step into a high-impact role supporting the delivery of critical compliance and
security initiatives within the River Class Destroyer program. As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll be at the center of complex, high-stakes work connecting internal teams, Tier 1 suppliers, and key Government stakeholders (DND, PSPC) to keep projects moving forward with precision and purpose.
You’ll drive momentum by tracking milestones, managing risks, and keeping
deliverables on target, while maintaining clear, data-driven reporting and schedules. From supporting IT Security Requirements to helping resolve issues and leading collaborative forums like the Security Working Group, you’ll play a visible role in keeping teams aligned and informed.
Working alongside the Senior Project Manager, you’ll help ensure compliance with
contractual and information management standards while enabling smooth, transparent execution across the program. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where your coordination skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the success of a nationally significant defense program.
