Responsibilities Host TikTok Live sessions to showcase and sell art products in real time Engage viewers with energy, confidence, and a professional on-camera presence Drive sales through effective storytelling, product demonstrations, and compelling calls to action Respond to viewer questions and address customer concerns during live broadcasts Present product information accurately and communicate promotions effectively Create short-form TikTok content to support live selling campaigns Stay current with TikTok trends, platform updates, and best practices Build audience loyalty through consistent engagement and community interaction Escalate customer service and post-sale inquiries when necessary Represent the Smard Art brand professionally at all times
Qualifications Previous experience in live selling, livestream hosting, retail sales, or customer-facing sales roles Proven ability to meet sales targets and influence purchasing decisions Strong understanding of TikTok culture and live commerce Excellent English communication skills Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking to large audiences Professional appearance suitable for brand representation Reliable, self-motivated, and results-oriented Full-time availability preferred Base pay + commission
