Department: Sales (Custom - Luxury Homes)
Location: Edmonton
Role Summary

You are a confident, outgoing, and self-driven individual who is comfortable working with a team of sales reps, managers and support staff to provide information, simplify technical details, and offer support and value to our customers.
Some of the Cool Stuff You Do
- Achieve maximum market penetration with as few service requirements as possible by strategically managing your client group.
- Collaborate with peers to build your pipeline and be able to foster close relationships with sales support teams both in and outside of our organization.
- Provide prospective and existing customers with in-person or virtual product consultations and effectively communicate the features and benefits of each product.
- Plan and execute your territory route with monthly/quarterly/bi-annual cycles.
- Accurately read, interpret, and take-off blueprints.
- Effectively use electronic software and systems to quote, sell, and order products.
- Promote and advance the visibility and presence of the entire Durabuilt product line, while maintaining a continual awareness of activity or news in the architectural and/or construction-related community.
- Enter opportunities into our systems (Salesforce & CX) and work with Scheduling and Installation departments to ensure the smooth transfer of information.
- Prepare and present quotes, tender proposals, RFIs, RFQs, and specification acceptance requests.
- Prepare contract packages for executive approval and submission, ensuring all documents are aligned and compliant with the contract.
Customer & Sales Support
- Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships catering to luxury sales segment
- Represent Durabuilt at company-sponsored events and professional group invitations to discuss/present Durabuilt products after sponsored events.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects, qualified leads, and clients.
- Continue to foster superior customer relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle, including post sales and installation.
- Review shop drawings with clients and the internal team, noting any revisions and approvals.
- Prepare documents for and attend project kick off meetings with the team.
- Complete project close-out site walk, document deficiencies, and process close-out service orders.
- Execute diligent and detailed forecasting on a monthly/quarterly/annual cadence.
- Report on current market analytics and progress at weekly sales meetings. Share challenges and ideate solutions to assist the overall team in navigating your obstacles.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven track record in high-end real estate, luxury goods, or custom home sales.
Experience / Capabilities
- 3-5 years of experience in Outside Sales with a focus on B2B knowledge.
- Strategic Territory Management with strong consultative selling aptitude.
- Demonstrated sales success with a high closing ratio.
- Experience with CRM software– Salesforce and Window & Door Software Paradigm is an asset.
- Window and door experience is an asset, with a secondary preference for building materials, custom renovations, and/or residential/commercial construction.
- Experience in Prospecting and B2B relationship building.
- Strong sales and business acumen, including problem solving, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Strong work ethic, action -oriented, and a desire to achieve excellence.
- High comfort level working in a fast-paced, values-driven, and solution-based selling process within a continually evolving team environment.
- Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
- High comfort level working autonomously, with limited day-to-day oversight and direction.
- Valid class 5 driver license without restrictions.
- Overnight travel will be required at times.
