The successful candidate will drive profitable sales growth, develop strong client relationships, and lead a technical team to deliver projects on time and within scope and process. Responsibilities
- Lead internal client meetings, project planning, and site reviews.
- Motivate and manage staff, ensuring division sales budgets are met or exceeded.
- Review and implement sales strategies with Account Managers, ensuring accuracy and profitability of proposals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, processes, and standards.
- Gain and expand market knowledge, monitor competitors, and identify areas of growth within the market
- Collaborate with the project manager and office/sales support administrator to maintain the integrity and details of all files and documents related to business operations. Develop and grow relationships with key vendors and customers.
- Communicate effectively with internal resources, including technicians and management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education is required.
- Proven ability to promote strong process creation and adherence.
- Proven ability to manage the sales cycle and effectively handle difficult situations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal communication (written & verbal) and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong sales process management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize activities to drive the sales process.
- Self-starter, organized, able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Handle confidential and sensitive documentation as required.
