Customer Marketing Manager On-Site | Calgary, Alberta

We're hiring a Customer Marketing Manager to own and elevate user awareness, engagement, and service adoption across a rapidly growing technology platform. This is a high-impact role for a data-driven marketer who thrives on building strong customer relationships, leveraging multi-channel communication strategies , and turning a high-satisfaction user base into deeply engaged, lifelong brand advocates.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, fast-paced team where they will take ownership of the post-purchase customer lifecycle , design targeted marketing experiments , analyze customer data to uncover insights , and help build the foundations required to support continued adoption and long-term retention.

What You'll Do Drive strong alignment with sales, customer experience, partnerships, and product to help achieve strategic goals for customer engagement, adoption, and retention. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing and customer-facing support or concierge teams to build cohesive campaign strategies. Use customer segmentation and behavior-based cohorts to identify the right content, timing, and channels to educate users. Utilize and contribute to the continuous development of marketing assets throughout the customer lifecycle. Conduct primary customer research to support the development of high-impact marketing assets, including case studies. Develop and execute data-driven experiments to demonstrate and maximize marketing effectiveness across various communication channels. Leverage multiple channels to engage users, including email, in-product messaging, and live operational teams. Deeply understand the customer lifecycle and evolving user needs to enable and support them at every stage of their journey. Measure and report on the overall business impact of customer engagement initiatives.

What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience within B2C Marketing or a dedicated Customer Marketing role. Proven experience in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that directly drive customer engagement. Strong data-driven mindset with experience analyzing customer data and developing actionable insights to inform strategies. Solid familiarity with marketing and customer key performance indicators (KPIs). Hands-on experience working with modern marketing automation tools to execute campaigns at scale. Strong asset creation skills with a demonstrated ability to contribute directly to the development of marketing materials. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly across technical, creative, and operational teams.

Nice to Have Experience building or managing customer loyalty, advocacy, and/or rewards programs. Background in leveraging direct customer feedback or working alongside high-touch support models to inform campaign messaging.
