Responsibilities HR Administrative & Program Support
- Coordinate and support HR-led programs and initiatives such as employee engagement activities, service anniversaries, recognition programs, retirement celebrations and wellness initiatives (fitness reimbursement)
- Assist with planning and execution of site-wide events (e.g., Employee Appreciation Day, holiday celebrations, training sessions)
- Maintain HR documentation, calendars, and schedules
- Support internal communications and HR-related postings
- Conduct onboarding logistics, documentation, and presentation for all new hires
Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare and maintain regular HR reports using systems such as Oracle HCM, Kronos, and Tableau
- Support HR metrics tracking and dashboard updates
- Generate ad hoc reports and assist with data audits
Project Coordination
- Track progress of HR projects and initiatives
- Assist with documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Support policy updates and document control processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 – 2 years relevant experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong reporting and data analytics skills
- Advanced knowledge of document control best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle HCM or similar) is an asset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Event planning or coordination experience is preferred
