Job Overview

This is a part-time opportunity, primarily on weekends - Saturday & Sunday from

8am to 4pm. 

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Attendant is

responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards within the Locker Rooms and related facilities. This role calls for professionalism and a genuine commitment to creating a comfortable, welcoming, and positive experience for Members.

Hourly wage range: $18.00 – $19.00, based on experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

The following outlines the primary responsibilities of this role, including but

not limited to:

  • Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, stocked, and presentable throughout the day

  • Clean and maintain locker rooms, washrooms, showers, and change areas

  • Replenish towels, toiletries, supplies, and amenities as required

  • Respond promptly and professionally to Member requests or concerns

  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, lockers, counters, mirrors, and fixtures

  • Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with training

  • Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety standards

  • Respect Member privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times

  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to leadership promptly

  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping and facilities teams to support daily operations

  • Follow all workplace health, safety, and Club policies

 

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or custodial experience is an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality
