Reports to: Employee Activations and Events Manager, ARC’One with a dotted line to Manager, Employee Activations

Location: New Westminster, BC (ARC’One Manufacturing & Distribution Centre) - This role is primarily based out of ARC’One but is open to occasional hybrid work based on business needs. This role may also include days at the Arc’teryx Headquarters in North Vancouver, BC.

Work Arrangement: In office at ARC’One

Pay Range: Pay is dependent on year of study and related experience

Duration: Four (4) months, Sept 8, 2026 – December 18, 2026

Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F

Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Employee Activations Fall Co-Op Student, you support the design and execution of employee experience, including activations, events and other programming. This role is based out of ARC’One, our manufacturing and distribution centre located in New Westminster, BC.

Opportunities for creativity, administrative growth, and key communications planning are endless as we continue to transform the experience of Arc’teryx employees. You collaborate with teams across the business to curate programming and activations that engage, energize, and inspire our employees, elevating our culture, community, and connection to the brand.

This role is based out of our ARC’One office in New Westminster and is expected to be primarily on location. In this role, you will become familiar with Monday.com, Microsoft Suite (specifically Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft PowerPoint), Eventbrite and Canva.

The Employee Activations team, a key pillar of the People & Culture Enablement and Experience team enables, inspires, and activates our culture daily through collaboration, connection, and partnership. We deliver exceptional programming within our workplaces and spaces that energizes, engages, and connect Arc’teryx employees.

If you were an Employee Activations Co-Op Student, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Supporting employee activations and events at ARC’One, ensuring high-quality planning, execution and experience through effective coordination, communication, and operational support
  • Enhancing the employee experience by maintaining organizational excellence and refining key moments
  • Providing critical support during peak periods, ensuring seamless planning and delivery of activations and events including, but not limited to, Truth and Reconciliation Cultural Moment, Product Development Sale, Factory Offsite, Holiday programming, and Cyber 5 programming

Here are some of the things you will learn by the end of your Co-Op placement:

  • Gaining hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Facilities, Business Partnerships, Manufacturing, and Distribution, building strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Developing practical skills in event planning and execution, experiential marketing, and hospitality, with a focus on logistics, operations, and delivering high-quality employee experiences
  • Building an adaptable and service-oriented mindset by supporting a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contributing to meaningful moments that enhance the ARC’One employee experience

Are you our next Employee Activations Co-Op?

  • You have 3+ years of post-secondary education with an interest in the world of events, experiential marketing, hospitality, or project management
  • You excel at cultivating relationships and partnerships with individuals
  • You have some experience and practical knowledge of project management methodologies
  • You are experienced, or interested in learning about, task management software (Monday.com, Smartsheet, Excel, MS Project, Office Space, etc.)
  • You are social, outgoing and eager to build relationships with our teams and our employees
  • You are passionate about the brand and the products we make
  • You are exceptionally organized with a relentless attention to detail
  • You are open and approachable with a hospitality and creative solutions focused mentality
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and are comfortable creating digital communications (digital signage, slide decks, emails, etc.)
  • You have the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it

Compensation

$44,700 - $55,100 a year

Individual pay is determined by factors such as program of study, year of study, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
