Location: London / Some Hybrid
Full time 37.5 hours per week
Permanent Salary: Up to £36,000 (Dependant on Experience) with a range of a range of exceptional benefits

We’re looking for a Designer to join our in-house design team based in London. Our design team pick up and respond to a range of design briefs, producing high-quality artwork for audiences including patients, corporate clients and clinicians. You’ll play a vital role in helping shape the HCA Healthcare UK brand visually and communicating why we are the leaders in healthcare for our customers, both in the UK and internationally.
As a Designer, You’ll
- Be responsible for producing print and digital artwork files for a wide range of marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, out-of-home, press and social.
- Support the wider HCA UK teams with asset creation.
- Act as a brand guardian to ensure adherence in work produced by the in-house team and external agencies to support the wider business.
- Provide feedback, art direction support and guidance for external agencies and work with other creatives such as photographers where needed.
- Propose new creative concepts for campaigns and advertising.
- Supply print-ready artwork and approve print proofs for a wide range of artwork.
- Manage personal workload and support our studio management team with project status.
- Proactively introduce new methods and/or software which can help improve the processes of our in-house studio.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience of working in an in-house studio within a large matrix organisation is essential.
- Proven experience working on a wide variety of collateral across broad subjects is essential.
- Experience in working on multi-channel campaigns, from concept to delivery is essential.
- Ability to work with an online project management tool such as Wrike or similar is essential.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and PowerPoint is essential.
- Experience working with After Effects, Premiere or other motion graphics software is desirable.
- Experience working with Figma or other digital collaboration tools is desirable.
- A working knowledge of HTML5 or other digital platforms is advantageous.
- Experience working in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Any healthcare experience is an advantage.

About Lister Fertility Clinic
The Lister Fertility Clinic is one of the largest fertility centres in the UK. The clinic was established in 1988 and since that time has maintained its reputation as being one of the most successful IVF clinics in the country with nearly 20,000 'Lister' babies born.
The clinic prides itself on being able to assist couples whose treatment has been unsuccessful elsewhere and we operate a more flexible referral criteria in order to help couples with the more difficult fertility problems.
We offer a comprehensive range of fertility treatments. The Clinical Director is Mr James Nicopoullos, who leads an experienced team of doctors, nurses, embryologists and counsellors.
We are totally committed to providing the best medical and scientific services currently available within this field. We do so in an environment of genuine care, warmth and support for couples attending the clinic.
