Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who is reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in managing appointments, records, and communication with professionalism and empathy.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience in Canada
- Proficient in Tracker dental software
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- A passion for customer service and patient care
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Preferred (But Not Mandatory):
- Completion of a Dental Administration Certificate or Program
