About the role
Overview
Seeking a Draftsperson / Design Coordinator to support the design and development of gas stations, convenience stores, car washes, and retail construction projects. This role will create initial layouts, prepare construction drawings, develop renderings, and coordinate design revisions through the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Create preliminary site layouts and design concepts Prepare construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Develop 3D renderings for client presentations and approvals Revise drawings based on feedback from clients and project teams Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants Support permitting and approval processes Maintain drawing packages throughout construction Requirements Must Have AutoCAD experience Revit experience (or strong willingness to work in Revit) Construction or development project experience Ability to create layouts and construction drawings Nice to Have Gas station or petroleum industry experience Architectural Technology background Rendering and visualization experience Ideal Backgrounds Architectural Technologist Drafting Technician Design Coordinator Revit Designer CAD Technician
