Family Physician Surrey-Whalley Urgent and Primary Care Centre Fraser Health British Columbia, Canada
Fraser Health (FH) is responsible for the delivery of hospital and community-based health services to over 1.9 million people in 20 diverse communities from Burnaby to Fraser Canyon within the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the Coast Salish and Nlaka’pamux Nations, which is home to six Métis Chartered Communities.

FH invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team located in one of Canada’s fastest growing and culturally diverse cities. The Surrey-Whalley Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) has Full time, Part time and Locum opportunities available.
We operate in a team‑based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, clinical counsellors, allied health professionals and administrative support.
You will participate as a full and active member in the delivery of team based primary care services through the clinic as part our longitudinal care team. You will function as an essential member of our clinical care team and manage a panel of patients. We aim to provide patient centred and trauma informed care to our clients and our mandate is to serve the vulnerable and medically complex in the area. Experience in mental health, OAT, and working with at‑risk populations will be an asset. Join us to provide timely access to patients, families and caregivers to comprehensive, person‑centred, culturally safe and quality care.
Full Time/Part Time/Locum/Temporary: Full Time, Part Time and Locum. Duties will be split between longitudinal care and urgent care and walk‑in services within the majority of time within the longitudinal stream of care.
