Job Description
Spadoni’s Furniture & Appliances has been proudly serving Sault Ste. Marie and the surrounding area since 1918, and we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Furniture & Appliance Sales Associate to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers make important purchases for their homes. This is not a high-pressure sales environment. Instead, we focus on understanding our customers’ needs and providing knowledgeable, honest recommendations that help them find the right furniture, mattresses, and appliances. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys being part of a team-oriented workplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting customers and helping them navigate our showroom
Learning customer needs and recommending furniture, mattresses, and appliances to match Building product knowledge across our brands and lineups Processing sales, financing options, and special orders Following up with customers and maintaining relationships for repeat and referral business Working with the team to merchandise the showroom and stay on top of promotions and inventory Meeting individual and team sales goals

Required Skills
Previous retail or sales experience is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills A motivated individual who takes initiative and works independently Reliable, professional, and customer-focused Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills for order processing and point-of-sale systems A positive attitude and willingness to learn
