About The Role We’re currently on the lookout for Audit Associates to join our Public Company Audit practice starting May, or September 2026.

This isn’t a sit-in-the-corner-with-a-spreadsheet kind of gig. As an Associate, you’ll jump right into impactful work, learn how public audits really run, and develop the foundation for a thriving career in accounting.

What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?

• Build real-world technical skills in public company audit, IFRS, and Canadian Auditing Standards
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate audit evidence like a pro
• Collaborate with teams of 5–10 professionals across industries
• Investigate and help resolve audit issues (you’ll become a problem-solving wizard!)
• Connect with clients through collaborative and consultative meetings
• Gain the skills and confidence to excel in your CPA journey

What You’ll Bring To The Table You're more than just your credentials—you’re curious, collaborative, and ready to make an impact. Here’s what sets you up for success:

• A completed undergraduate degree + CPA PEP prerequisites
• Passion and intention to pursue your CPA (Audit Path)
• A team-first mindset and clear, confident communication
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with Caseware or have previous accounting experience!

Salary

We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to compensation. For this role, the annual salary is $55,000.
