REGISTERED PRACTICAL NURSE (25-0000660)
Bargaining Unit: SEIU HERITAGE
Status: Casual
Department: Bethammi Nursing Home
Site: St. Joseph's Heritage
Shifts:Days/Evenings, Nights including weekends
Rate of Pay: $30.461 - $31.923 per hour
Qualifications:

Certificate of Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

Ability to work at full scope

Pharmacology certificate
-
CPR certificate
-
Excellent interpersonal, written and communications skills

Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position and exercise good judgment

Must have an understanding and sensitivity to the needs of the elderly

Ability to be flexible and work on either unit based on clients' needs

Demonstrated regular attendance at work
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT

This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.

Offers of employment made to external candidates are conditional upon providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination as per the SJCG Immunization Policy IMS-04-005 or proof of valid medical exemption, prior to the offered effective date.
