About the role
Position: Workday Integration Location: Remote Duration: Full time
Required Qualifications :3–8+ years of Workday integration experience (level adjusted for Engineer vs Lead) .Strong hands-on experience with :Workday Orchestration (including event-driven patterns )Workday APIs: SOAP and RES TWorkday integration tools such as EIB, RaaS, and/or Studi oSolid understanding of :Integration patterns (sync/async, pub-sub concepts, event-driven architectures )Data transformation formats: JSON, XML, XSL TAPI testing and debugging tools (e.g., Postman or equivalent )Experience building reliable error-handling, monitoring, and reconciliation mechanisms .Strong documentation skills (interface specs, data mappings, runbooks, troubleshooting guides)
. Preferred Qualification s:Experience with Workday Extend app development and deployment lifecycl e.Experience integrating Workday with IAM/Provisioning solutions (e.g., Azure AD, SailPoint, Okta) using event trigger s.Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) and hybrid patterns with Workday Orchestratio n.Knowledge of Workday security concepts: integration system users, domains, business process security policie s.Exposure to audit/compliance-driven environments (SOX, GDPR, SOC reporting
).
