The Beach House Spa & Wellness is a warm, close-knit day spa in Alliston, Ontario. We believe in hands-on care, real connection, and creating experiences , not just services. Our team works with Eminence Organic Skin Care and other clean, natural, and vegan products, and we are proud to offer a genuinely people-first environment for both our guests and our team members.

The role

We are looking for a passionate, skilled esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis (leading to full time). You will provide professional, high-quality treatments in a calm and welcoming environment while contributing to the warmth and flow of the spa. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves their craft and genuinely enjoys making guests feel their best.

What you will be doing

• Perform facials and customized skin treatments using Eminence Organic Skin Care
• Provide waxing and/or sugaring hair removal services
• Deliver manicure and pedicure services to a high standard
• Perform lash lift and tinting treatments
• Provide relaxation massage and body treatment services
• Recommend retail products and home care programs to support guest results
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms to Public Health standards
• Assist with general spa duties including laundry, stocking, and opening or closing procedures
• Attend team meetings and training sessions

What we are looking for

Required

• Valid esthetics license or certificate from a reputable school
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Hands-on experience with the services listed
• Available for 2-3 evening shifts a week.
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional, calm, and detail-oriented approach

An asset

• Previous spa or salon experience
• Experience with Eminence Organic Skin Care
• Confidence recommending and upselling retail
• Familiarity with spa booking software

Schedule & compensation

• Part-time, leading to a full time position
• Shifts range from 3 to 9 hours
• Evening & daytime availability required
• $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience
