Description
Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules. Effectively and seamlessly manage multiple projects at a time. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project performance and implement changes to stay on track with goals. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all sites. Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients. Manage procurement and contracts to secure resources and services efficiently. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure team cohesion and project success. Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have: A solid background in construction management. Experience with ground up / renovations for institutional and commercial projects, and industrial restoration projects. Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A commitment to safety and quality standards in all projects.
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 CAD. Standard benefits package, including health and dental coverage. Profit-sharing opportunities to reward performance.
