The Opportunity:
We’re hiring Class 1 US/Canada Long-Haul Drivers to join our Airdrie team. Enjoy steady work, modern equipment, and a supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 license
- Minimum 2 years long-haul experience (including 2 consecutive winters)
- At least 1 year of U.S. cross-border experience Included in the 2 years
- Must live in Calgary/Airdrie area
- MUST BE Fluent in English (read, write, speak) - this is a US Mandate
- Willing to travel across Canada & U.S. for 6–10 days
- Reefer experience required; meat inspection an asset
- Clean abstract (zero moving violations, <5 demerits)
- FAST CARDS - are required but XTL will help with obtaining them for new employees
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $0.59/mile (U.S.), $0.54/mile (Canada)
- Paid weekly + paid training
- 100% company-paid benefits (start day one)
- RRSP match after 3 months

- New trucks (fleet renewed every 2-3 years)
