Agilus seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-visibility AI & Analytics program. This is not a standard delivery role, the project involves complex stakeholder dynamics.
Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager AI & Analytics in the asset lifecycle management sector. .
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for a critical AI & Analytics initiative with multiple use cases, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Establish and maintain clear project governance, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, prioritization frameworks, documentation, and status reporting
- Navigate and manage conflicting stakeholder interests, maintaining authority and fostering collaboration to align business objectives with technical execution
- Drive structured communication across business, technical, and vendor teams, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making

- Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, leveraging iterative feedback loops to adjust plans and deliver incrementally
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders, to align deliverables and resolve blockers
- Champion best practices in project planning, delivery, and quality assurance within AI/Tech implementations.
Must Have
- 8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, with at least 3 years in AI, Data, Analytics or Technology projects
- Excellent skills in prioritization, RAID management, documentation, and structured reporting
- Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Demonstrated success leading complex, high-stakes projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe) are a plus.
Soft Skills
- Detail oriented
- Proven ability to manage conflict diplomatically but firmly, keeping delivery on track while maintaining stakeholder trust
