Position Overview The student supports the Montreal Financing team with the following elements:
- Administrative tasks, including collecting financial statements, administering accounts, managing documents, etc.
- Tracking overdue financial statements,
- Identifying green loans, prospecting list.
- Reviewing the list of clients registered in the client system.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives by organizing events, campaigns, and activities. This includes preparing marketing communications and providing on-site logistical support.
What We Are Looking For
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize to meet critical deadlines
- Great motivation and determination
- Be curious and have a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills
- A flexible and cooperative individual who is detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
You must have completed at least one year in a post-secondary program. A valid driver's license may be required.
