Position Purpose:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will report to the Division Sales Director. You will be the inside support specialist responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Core-Marks sales technology, programs, and DCMS-based maintenance. A successful candidate would possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task supporting the sales team members and Core-Marks wide variety of business solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Key functions would be gathering compiling and analyzing sales data
- Implement pricing strategy and ongoing updates.
- Reporting on all sales related activity.
- Division Reply, CRM, BI-APP technology administration.
- Supporting the sales team organizational structure with DCMS ledger maintenance.
- Support invoicing and program-related implementation (billing, CDUs, DCMS program table management)
- Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
- Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- DCMS & ecportal (Tiva) experience preferred.
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Ability to learn how to operate a hand-held inventory control device, calculators, and computer.
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Outlook.
- Ability to perform math calculations.
