What will you be doing?

TheSenior Financial Analystis an integral member of our FP&A team and serves as a strategic finance partner to regional Directors and cross-functional business leaders across the organization. The position plays a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis, helping to identify trends, evaluate results, and guide actions that improve growth, margins, and operational efficiency. The role demands strong financial and technical capabilities to support scalable planning, reporting, and analysis processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Actively participating in the annual budget process and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.

  • Perform monthly financial variance analysis (actual vs. budget, forecast, and prior year), identify key drivers, and clearly communicate underlying causes and trends.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to support revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.

  • Partner with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making.

  • Working with senior leadership team to obtain monthly business commentary and prepare presentations to communicate monthly financial results to SLT and Board.

  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting, forecasting accuracy, and financial systems efficiency.

  • Leverage ERP and operational systems (e.g., NetSuite and Day Care Works) to extract, analyze, and validate financial and operational data.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA preferred

  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance

  • Strong business acumen with a collaborative mindset and high attention to detail

  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and interact effectively with all levels of management

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Advanced Excel proficiency with strong financial modeling capabilities

  • Experience with ERP and financial reporting / planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI)
