As a day laborer/operator, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of off-road products, while having the opportunity to grow within a flexible structure and with approachable managers. In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

Efficiently operate the die-cutting press, CNC die-cutting machine and lifting equipment

Supply your workstation with raw materials (polycarbonate and other raw materials), doing so efficiently and minimizing handling.

Carry out machine set-up during article changeovers (cutting die installation, electronic and physical set-up on CNC).

Cut windshields while making efficient use of raw materials to minimize waste
-
Complete various quality control and production forms
-
Comply with safety rules, factory regulations and established work procedures
-
Maintain cleanliness of work area
-
Carry out any other tasks requested by the immediate superior
With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- High school diploma, vocational diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of blueprint reading (an asset)
- Knowledge of metrology (an asset)
- Basic knowledge of mechanics
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing process information
- Ability to drive a forklift truck
