Description
Reporting to the VP Sales, Canada, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategy, execution, and optimization of all sales enablement initiatives for Dye & Durham in Canada. You will work closely with the CA Sales, global Marketing and global Product Management teams to align and execute strategies that maximize our sales results.
You will oversee the development and implementation of sales training & enablement programs, using data to continuously assess and improve the performance of our Canadian sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
This is a key role for us, at a critical time in our growth strategy. We’re building something brand new, and you’ll be integral on this journey, bringing expertise, insight and perspective to our team.
- Sales Training: Develop and manage sales training and onboarding programmes to accelerate the ramp-up and productivity of existing and new sales team members. Lead the creation and delivery of training programs to enhance sales effectiveness. Promote a culture of continuous learning that adapts to evolving market conditions. Work closely with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
- Sales Tools: Ensure that the sales team has up-to-date, relevant, and impactful sales messaging, content, and tools that effectively communicate value propositions, competitive differentiation, and customer benefits. Working with the Marketing and Product teams, develop and maintain high-impact sales playbooks, sales collateral, call scripts, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, case studies, and other resources that align with buyer personas, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Sales Performance Measurement: Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, processes, and tools. Regularly report on performance and continuously adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
- Sales Technology: Oversee the adoption and optimization of sales enablement platforms and tools (e.g., sales engagement platforms, training tools) for the Canadian sales teams. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance sales productivity.
- Change Management: Manage and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies across sales teams. Ensure smooth transitions when changes are made and encourage buy-in from all stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations or related roles, within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience working within a fast paced, SMB environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through enablement programs, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing alignment, sales methodologies, and best practices.
Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in sales enablement processes, programs, and technologies (including Salesforce)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and performance metrics.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in change management and driving adoption of new tools and processes.
